When you think of Valencia, you think of paella. With countless paella workshops on offer, we've tested them all extensively. The result? We confidently claim to offer the absolute best, most fun, delicious, unique, authentic, and fantastic paella workshop Valencia has to offer. A true experience, meticulously crafted for your company trip to Spain, entirely in The Orange Guide style.

First things first: we have to get there

When it comes to paella, origin matters. And that origin is just 10 kilometers south of the city, where Spain’s largest lake is located. About fifteen centuries ago, the Moors established rice fields here, leading to the creation of paella: a rice dish traditionally made with chicken, rabbit, some vegetables, snails, rosemary, and spices like saffron. We believe that a paella workshop should take place right at its source, among the rice fields of Valencia. How do we get there? By stepping onto a boat and crossing the lake, surrounded by rice fields. Now that’s an entrance that will make your incentive trip to Valencia worthwhile!

A warm welcome

At the arrival dock, we are warmly welcomed by a rice farmer and his family. They have opened their home with beautiful garden, roaming chickens and geese, and views over the rice fields, just for us. We are welcomed with music, cava, and tables filled with jamón, queso, croquettes, and other delicious treats. The most special paella workshop Valencia has to offer.

And then, it’s time for the paella workshop! Those who want to continue lounging and snacking can do so, while the enthusiasts are guided by two chefs to start cooking. You’ll prepare paellas of your choice, and you’ll even get the recipe to take home. There you are, making a huge paella for your colleagues with a local beer in hand and the Valencian sun on your face.

Let's eat!

While the workshop setting was spectacular, the table setting is even more impressive. It feels like we’ve stumbled upon a Spanish wedding! You’ll start with a local appetizer, enjoy generous refills, and then taste the homemade paellas. But not before the host selects a winner!
